George is a certified League Cycling Instructor, an educator with over 50 years  experience in the classroom, an experienced cyclist, and an advocate for bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure.

• Instruction in Beginning Cycling for Adults
  

  You are never too old to learn to ride a bicycle. Most adult learners are riding on their own within two hours or less.
  

• Smart Cycling Classes for Beginning, and Intermediate Riders
  

  We provide bicycling and bicycle safety instruction in the St Louis metropolitan area. Instruction is delivered by a League Cycling Instructor (LCI#5012) certified by the League of American Bicylists. Specializing in beginning adult instruction, and Smart Cycling classes for learners of all ages, most courses involve riding on-road and and controlled area riding with the exception of the Cycling for Parents class.
  

• Cycling for Parents

  This is a two-hour non-riding course for parents who want to learn more about how to keep your child safe on a bicycle.Topics include: checking the bicycle for safe riding, teaching your child to ride, a review of state and local laws, how to purchase a bicycle that fits, etc.
